Operations & Administration
PGFundConnection™ would provide all operational and
administrative support for all aspects of the client's assets,
including:
Investment Allocation Execution
PGFundConnection™ would work with a client's investment
advisor to establish asset allocations for each donor and
/or for each pooled fund and then execute the investment strategies
(post investment decision - FTP will not provide investment
consulting or advice).
Reconciliation
Reconciliation of both investment & cash positions.
Reporting
Provision of customized foundation and donor reporting (both
online and hard copy).
Online Grant-making
Where required this would include integration with existing
online donor grant-making capabilities, or provision of integrated
online donor grant-making capabilities and the required compliance
monitoring.
By adopting the complete solution, a client's role could largely
begin and end with entering donor cash / security contributions
("gifts") or donor withdrawal requests ("grants"),
and FTP's staff would handle all aspects of cash and asset
administration subsequent to this.
