Giving Lifecycle >> Grant Making
& Reporting
The final stage of the Planned Giving lifecycle is the effective
use of assets through grant making. PGFundConnection™
provides tools to ensure grants can be made as efficiently
as possible and provides a host of reporting features to not
only track grant making but all other aspects of a client's
operations.
Grant Making
It is not the intention of FTP to offer investment management
services or investment advice, but rather to make your interactions
with your chosen investment professionals more effective and
efficient through:
- Online forms for donor grant recommendations which can
be integrated in client directed workflow processes for
approval or rejection;
- Client workflow can be implemented for differential
approval processes e.g. items below a client determined
dollar amount require one approval, above a dollar amount
require multiple approvals;
- Online searchable database of all IRS approved 501(c)(3)
charities;
- Customizable letters to accompany grants;
- Client-defined coding of grants to support customized
reporting.
Reporting
- Large number of standard reports to support all aspects
of client operations;
- Customized reporting to support client level business
development (new account openings, gifts tied to particular
campaigns etc.);
- Customized reporting to support audit preparation, financial
and general ledger reporting;
- Customized reporting to trustees, committees, or other
regulatory or supervisory bodies;
- User defined fund types, field of interests and other
categories to support reporting;
- Online ad hoc reporting capabilities to allow client
staff to generate their own queries to research items.
